parking lot side door to kitchen and front door are equipped with electronic deadbolts Your "key" code will be provided at time of booking and your bedroom door also is secured with an electric lock that a "key" code it provided when booked.

super convenient to all north/south & east/west interstates (approx 1 mile to i-81 & i-70 intersection) check out our valley mall shopping many food places to eat just around the corner!
--also check out our "hagerstown city park" for a walk (or run) around the water and through the shaded paved trails!
and if your staying a few days there's plenty of "historic" sites in the immediate area:
-newly restored williamsport c&o canal aqueduct & museum
-antietam battlefield/nat'l park (sharpsburg, md) only 12 miles away!
-gettysburg battlefield/nat'l park (approx 38 miles away)
our local "washington county commuter" bus has available routes and stops directly in front of the house!
and i'm working on a designated "uber" or "lyft" driver for my guests to include a discount for you as well..
the kitchen is free for you to utilize... there's labels on the shelves in the Fridge... Be respectful of other guests that be staying and don't eat their food on their shelf UNLESS it's on the "Feel Free to EAT" shelf (at top) SAME RULES for the FREEZER.
all "dry" foods in the cabinets are okay, but they're mainly just "breakfast" foods (cereal, oatmeal, pancake mix, etc..
coffee is also complimentary, just keep the area cleaned up for yourself and others enjoy your stay!

transportation: the washington county commuter
parking: free parking on site, choose from any of the spaces designated as "customer parking ---->" sign
keys and entry: on the front porch & parking lot side door to kitchen there's a "wifi" deadbolt; you must create a 4 digit (numbers only) code & message me of what you choose i'll then enter it into the system that will be your code for your stay! once you enter it on the deadbolt press the "ultraloq" button at the bottom of the circular arranged numbers and presto! you're in!
next, go up the stairs to the door with your room label ("a", "b", or "c": which ever one you booked--see above in address description) We'll make the code to that door THE SAME CODE you just created for the deadbolts-- It is also a "WiFi" door handle/Lock... Once you enter the code on the bedroom door press the "LockState" button (you should hear the mechanical lock turn to unlock the door) & BOOM, now you're in the Bedroom... Pretty cool huh? The door will automatically re-lock in 30 seconds by itself.
early check-in: before you arrive at the property, we need to ensure our previous guests have checked out We also need to check that the maid service and maintenance has been in property, and that linens and towels are fresh and ready for your visit. All this takes time and needs to be done before you check in. Due to this tight time frame, we do not allow early check ins. We apologize for any inconvenience.
luggage: if absolutely necessary and you feel you must check-in early (to drop off luggage) arrangements must be made with us aS.A.P. to allow you put them in a secure place in the property until your room is ready. Once you've dropped off your bags, RELAX and enjoy the CITY. Obviously you can use the restroom facilities at the house if needed and if you're hungry there's an excellent restaurant right next to the house at Vince's New York style Pizza, you'll receive a 15% discount just for booking with us and they also serve great Mexican and Italian food in addition to Pizza.
