This townhome provides easy, direct, access to downtown, I-526/Daniel Island, Sullivan’s Island, and Isle of Palms. You can be downtown in 10-15 minutes. It is only 5 miles to Sullivans Island and less than .5 miles to Publix, and only 1 light from Whole Foods, Aldi, or Trader Joes.
