Positive: Great location, central to where we wanted to be. Nice & quiet, close to walking tracks, bike rides etc
Negative: The service in the lead up and during the stay wasn’t great. You are required to pay in full, provide license and credit card details a week prior to booking which is not an issue, but they won’t provide an address to the day before. Makes no sense. Manual received day before outlines all the things that could cost ‘extra’ if you don’t do certain things, take rubbish out , leave lights on etc. Makes you feel like you are walking on eggshells. Property itself pretty rundown, bathroom tap signs missing, handrail broken, old household items left in front yard. Bed covers extremely thin. No additional blankets. Rang managing agent, said they would assist, never heard back. Overall a good stay and suited what we needed but for all of the rules, property could do with some work.
Summary: Suited what we needed, comfortable and clean, wouldn’t look to re-book though based on feedback provided.
