two miles from the heart of old town scottsdale, this ground floor condo offers convenience, privacy, and comfortable furnishings all within a safe and quiet neighborhood
bedroom:
the bedroom offers a king size mattress with firm support There is a 2-inch thick, removable foam topper placed on top of the firm mattress. Pillows for the side sleeper and pillows for the 'back' sleeper create the perfect nights rest. If you have additional guests, there is a fold-down couch/futon and an additional air mattress. There is a TV with Roku Streaming in the bedroom.
living room:
the living area has a 43' flat screen hdtv with firestick streaming capabilities and a blu-ray player with streaming The WIFI wireless router is powerful to stream video on multiple devices at once. you may never want to leave the condo!
the sky light office offers a quaint sitting and work space area There is a comfortable full length couch/futon that folds down into a full size bed. The artworks are original paintings by moi.
kitchen:
the kitchen is stocked with gorgeous plate settings and all the cookware you need amongst an assortment of kitchen gadgetry Small appliances include a blender, an electric grill, toaster and various coffee maker including Keurig. There is also a beautiful array of authentic New Mexican plate settings.

have your breakfast out on the charming, moroccan inspired private patio
neighbors: you are surrounded by three other casitas They are occupied by lovely owners and other renters who are happy to share their favorite restaurant or help you with directions.
parking: your designated covered parking space is not far from your front door; making it convenient to roll in luggage
dogs: your non-shedding, hypoallergenic breed of dog is welcome as long as they are under 18lbs, well behaved, and over 4 years old (additional fee per dog)
handicap partly accessible: this is a first floor unit with no stairs The shower has handicap handrails. The toilet is a standard height (not handicap). There is a shower chair upon request. There is a short step down into the patio and a 2 inch high threshold with a home-made ramp on the front door. The light switches are standard height.
complex and neighborhood: you may see friendly neighbors with their dogs, but you probably won't see many people unless you go to the pool area There are two nice grills and the pool area, a spa and a kiddie pool. (The pool is heated when temperatures stay above 75 degrees with HOA approval). Walking along the busy street of Indian School Rd. there is a bus stop just outside the complex, however I recommend having a car. 3/4 mile West is the grocery store, a great park where it is very nice to bike, walk, golf, fish and people watch.
