Fun tropical home on Hutchinson Island 1/2 mile from the beach. There is also a community pool available. The house is perfect for a long weekend getaway or weeks of rest and relaxation. Escape to the colors and island breeze that only Hutchinson Island can offer. It even has a private screened in whirlpool to relax in the evening after a sun soaked boat ride or beach day. There are 3 bedrooms. One king, one queen and two full size. The home comes with internet and cable to four tvs. paradise!

It is the largest public beach offering plenty of parking, showers, restrooms, picnic areas, sand volleyball courts, a concession stand, and lifeguard service.

indian river point is right next to the ne causeway blvd and the a1a so you can be back on the mainland in minutes In just over an hour you can spend the day perusing the shops at Boynton Beach or continue down the I-95 for 10 more minutes to get to Delray Beach.

the community tennis court is close enough you can watch from our outdoor living space but not so close as to be uncomfortable (we do have racquets available) The community pool is 100 ft. away if the kids and their friends get too rowdy. Fishing is available from the community docks, or wonderful shore fishing from our miles and miles of sand beaches located just a 1/2 mile away. Great local restaurants in Jensen Beach or along the ocean (ride a bike or 5 minutes by UBER), or go a little further (15 minutes) to Stuart for more restaurants, shopping and theatre. Golf courses are everywhere. Jensen Beach is located perfectly for those that want to day trip to Disney or any of the Orlando parks. Just a quick trip south to West Palm and Miami. get away to the beach!
