the place is well equipped to house up to 7 people We offer wifi and Netflix through Amazon Prime (please note that we do not offer cable; however the TV program is very broad, and in many languages). Welcoming snacks will be left for every guest on their arrival date (we don't show pictures of the snacks as they will vary), as well as fresh coffee and tea. There is a NutriBullet juice maker to make fresh smoothies. It is within walking distance to the Trolley stop which takes you around Coral Gables and all the Historic sites the City Beautiful has, including the art galleries. It's also walking distance to the bust stop.
the beds are truly luxurious We pride ourselves with cleanliness and 100% real cotton linens which make the sleeping experience extremely comfortable and unforgettable. There are real down comforters and pillows for the most delicate and/or polyester & microfiber for any guest with allergies, just check throughout the beds and see which ones are to your taste.

***although this place is as centrally located as it will ever get for any major big city; there are some travelers that think of miami in terms of only the beach If this is your case; I would sincerely recommend booking a place at the beach simply because when rated under the beach's standard for location, we will fall short of your expectations. Coral Gables is trendy, hip, classy and filled with a gracious atmosphere for all that live, work or play here. It's by far not as noisy and rowdy as the beach.***
***please note that the only pets allowed in this property are dogs, and although there are no weight restrictions; the only dog breeds not allowed are those that are inherently violent or aggressive such as rottweillers or pit bulls, etc***

in order for us to grant access to the unit, we require id's from all persons over the age of 18 in your group We do this in order to ensure that the same people that book are the same ones we will grant access to. In addition, since we serve alcohol included in the listing, we must ensure that the people drinking it are over the age of 21 since it is illegal in Florida to serve alcohol to anybody under 21. Lastly, if anyone performs any criminal or illegal acts such as willful intent to destroy, vandalize or damage, a police report will be filed against all the responsible group. This applies even to people booking with "instant or same day bookings". It truly is for your safety and that of the rest of the people that occupy the building.
every single guest that books as an "instant booker" will be greeted in person at the unit within 30 minutes after we receive the booking and all pertinent id's Please note that all id's must be submitted via this portal, or text directly to my phone number PRIOR to anyone greeting you. At the time of greeting we will provide you with the entry code after we have confirmed that the people that booked are the same ones in the ids. Please note that all id's are to be clearly visible with no scratches, cross out marks, or coverings whether on the photo or on any of the other information such as a birthdate and/or the id number itself. The id's submitted to Airbnb when any guest opened their account are not shared with any host, therefore you must submit your own directly to us.

aside from this you are welcome to use anything in the apartment
the laundry room is outside of the unit in a separate room and there is laundry detergent, dryer sheets and laundry stain remover inside a laundry basket in the kitchen (right below the microwave) for you to use as well
other things to note
up to 6 people stay for free as long as you're ok with the accommodations we can provide for the 7th person which consists of a cot (as seen in the picture) and there will be an extra charge of $15 per person per day**** after you book, you will receive a change of reservation reflecting this If your party is larger; you must contact us BEFORE you book so that we can assess if we can accommodate all of you and before an agreement is reached. Every situation will be evaluated individually.
****kindly do not use the towels to clean the floors or shoes or anything other than to dry any and all guests**** there is a replacement charge for any linen that has been permanently stained with any unremovable materials such as floor dirt, grease, hair dyes, mud, food, wine, etc the charges are as follows:
bath towel $2000, medium towel $7.00, small hand towel $5.00, any size sheet $30.00, any blanket or throw $50.00, duvet covers $50.00 feather comforters $100.00 and pillows $25.00.
***please ensure that you only use these items for your personal hygiene and not for anything else as if any linen were damaged it will be deducted from your deposit***
