It accesses a large bright living room with elegant antiques and a grand piano set in its own indoor veranda. There is a further cosy library used as a TV room, a dining room that can seat 10 persons and that is hung with a collection of antique porcelain. There is a totally charming kitchen which opens out to an outdoor garden terrace shaded by empress trees with a stone garden table and barbecue. In additional there is a guest WC, garderobe and laundry room on the ground floor.
- the first floor comprises 3 large bedrooms each with its bathroom, two with a tub in addition to a shower, one with a shower only, and all, including the bathrooms, their own balcony access There are two panoramic terraces. The master bedroom is furnished in the Genovese style with 2 single beds and an en-suite bath and shower room. The other two bedrooms have double beds.
- on the lower ground floor, once a staff apartment, you will find a further comfortable living room with a view over the azaleas and two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with 2 single beds There is a bath and shower room with a tub, a small sauna, and a separate entrance opening directly out into the gardens.
