all of our 1bd no pets units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure building entrance Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.

We do not provide daily maid or linen service. Your room is cleaned before you check in and after you check out only. We do not provide shampoo, toothpaste, etc. We are focused on longer term stays of 5 days + but we do host for 2 day stays. Shorter term reservations can only be made within the same week of travel. Our internet speeds vary. We subscribe to Cox 1GB but there are many factors in the speed our guests will receive at any time. We provide no guarantees and do not reimburse for downtime.
