The house has a washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, & a sizeable backyard.

famous 1a (ocean blvd) is a scenic ocean drive and has lots to offer The North Beach sidewalks are well-maintained and are a favorite walking spot for many locals and visitors.
kbs is a local cafe a short walk away that offers bagels, smoothies, coffee and ice cream - a local favorite on kings highway
getting around:
there is lots to do on the seacoast If you walk south you will end up at Hampton Beach where the strip has lots of food, nightlife, shopping, and more.
a car is usually the best way to get around but if you plan to stay in the beach area, there are lots of bike, scooter, and cart rental options to get around short distances
ubers and lyfts are limited outside of july and august but there are several taxi services available if you are having a hard time finding a ride share
hampton does not have any public transportation options but surrounding towns do

the washer and dryer are in the basement which is only accessed from the exterior door by the back deck
