Das Haus besitzt zwei Bäder mit Duschen, davon eines zusätzlich mit Whirlpool, eine grosse amerikanische Küche mit kompletter Ausstatung, einem grossen Salon mit 100 m2, Rundbögen und Kamin. Das Haus ist von drei überdachten Terassen eingefasst und bietet auch eine grosse Freiterasse mit Palmen und Brunnen.
