There is a washer and dryer and high speed WIFI. Close access to Scott Carpenter, 20 acre park with an updated outdoor olympic-size pool, wonderful playground, skate park, ballpark, and Boulder Creek path. Downtown, 29th Street Mall, and CU/Folsom Field are all in close proximity. This central location is ideal for enjoying all Boulder has to offer.

there are 3 bedrooms The primary has a king bed and it's own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and also serves as a home office and is complete with a great work space with a stand-up desk. The third bedroom has a trundle bed, with two twins. A mini crib is available upon request. There is a patio off the kitchen with a grill.
the living room and dining room are open with tons of light from all of the large windows We have a smart TV with access to all streaming services. Basic cable is NOT provided.
