Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The Jitterbug has everything you need for a short or long term stay! This apartment comfortably accomodates 4 and is located smack dab in the middle of St Pete, giving the opportunity to explore all of the burg! Downtown is just a hop skip and jump away (about 10 mins) and our pristine beaches are about 20 mins. the interstate is 5 mins away making access to tpa international airport a breeze!
a quiet and sweet space for you to call home during your time here in st Pete. The space has all the comforts of home and then some.
everything inside the home is for your private use - please note all outdoor spaces are shared among the small 6 unit complex
i love interacting with my guests however, that interaction relies totally upon you! please let me know if there is anything i can do to make the most of your stay - even if it's just recommending some favorite things to do around town! i want you to have the best experience at the jitterbug
the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe Although the apartment complex is centrally located, the street is extremely quiet. Pine trees and birds surround the property and there is a small local baseball field across the street.
the best way to get around would be by car - although uber would be totally doable if you are just looking to spend time downtown

please note - there is no smoking inside the home There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. thank you

please note this is a commercial property with a commercial pool Although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. In addition, the health inspector does come by every 6 months and almost every time, there is a new code rule that may impact availability. We will not be providing any refunds for these occasional inconveniences. They happen every so often - if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.
we do have a washer and dryer available on site at the small apartment complex Please note there are 6 apartments at the small complex and each apartment has a day that is dedicated to them for personal use of the laundry facility. Sundays are first come first serve.
