Enjoy the central St Petersburg area at the Jitterbug! Our spacious one bedroom has all the comforts of home and then some! Most of our guests have enjoyed the apartment for a month or longer! We are within 15 - 20 minutes of both the Tampa & Clearwater airports.
the central location is perfect for those who want to be anywhere within the "burg" in 15 minutes or less & just a few miles from i275 making "beyond the burg" a breeze Plenty of restaurants & shopping plaza's just down the street.
a quiet and comfortable place to rest your head while exploring and enjoying st petersburg The apartment is within a small 6 unit complex designed for vacationers like you! Just bring yourself! The apartment has everything you could need during your stay.
enjoy all the shared outdoor amenities such as, washer and dryer on site, heated pool, outdoor lounging areas, picnic tables under the shaded oak trees and picnic charcoal grills
there is also dedicated parking for your unit - i do have a few visitor spots as well for additional vehicles
everything inside the home is for your private use - please note all outdoor spaces are shared among the small 6 unit complex
you will access your apartment with a personalized code, given to you on the day of your arrival once the apartment is ready for access

the neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe Although the apartment complex is centrally located, the street is extremely quiet. Pine trees and birds surround the property and there is a small local baseball field across the street.
the best way to get around would be by car - although uber would be totally doable if you are just looking to spend time downtown

all outdoor amenities are shared including, the heated pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower, picnic tables and picnic grills as well as our washer and dryer on site
each unit has their own dedicated day to privately use the washer and dryer - the jitterbugs opportunity for laundry are thursdays between 5pm - midnight sundays are first come first serve!
there is dedicated parking for each unit with a few additional visitor parking spaces
check in is at 5pm however, i will always send the check in once the apartment is ready for access Many times, that is around 2pm.
please note - there is no smoking inside the home There is a $500 fine at minimum for smoke remediation inside the home. There are dedicated smoking areas OUTSIDE where you can smoke if you'd like. If smoking inside is discovered during your stay, you will be removed from the property immediately with no refund. Please respect the home and property by smoking outside and disposing your cigarette butts outside as well. thank you

please note this is a commercial property with a commercial pool Although we do get the pool serviced 2x a week - we do not have control over weather conditions that may affect the pool in-between services. No refunds will be provided if there was perhaps a storm that came by in-between scheduled services that prevent anyone from enjoying the pool. In addition, the health inspector does come by every 6 months and almost every time, there is a new code rule that may impact availability. We will not be providing any refunds for these occasional inconveniences. They happen every so often - if you have questions about the pool availability please inquire before you complete your reservation as I do realize this may affect your vacation and enjoyment of the home and property. We do our best to keep things 100%, but sometimes it is just not possible due to extenuating circumstances described above.
we do have a washer and dryer available on site at the small apartment complex Please note there are 6 apartments at the small complex and each apartment has a day that is dedicated to them for personal use of the laundry facility. Sundays are first come first serve.
please note, if you are booking this stay for someone else you will be fully responsible for any damages, late check outs etc
friendly reminder and warning: if you bring an unauthorized pet to the property and it is not discussed or paid for prior to your arrival, there will be a fee of $300 The pet fee is to accommodate the extra cleaning associated with pets. If my cleaners arrive unprepared to clean up after your pet the $300 fee will get passed along to you. Honesty is our best policy. Please be honest with your fur babies. We are happy to accommodate them.
