our rates are based on 10 people and for booking the entire house 5 BEDROOMS, 4 BATHS WITH QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA IN LANIA.
we are happy to recommend local chef, restaurants, spa services, boat charter and grocery delivery services, we are here to make your vacation the best ever!
we highly recommend renting a vehicle if you are wanting to go to beaches, sightseeing, shopping, and restaurants / bars
as you arrive into our drive you will come through a gated entrance and down a driveway to your paradise in harmony

we have two master suites with king size beds with pillow-top mattresses & king pillows / bathrooms attached
there are two other bedrooms with queen beds and they access a shared bathroom
downstairs separate from main house- private king bedroom suite with pillow top mattress with attached bathroom
this is below house ( recommended for younger aged adults or ability to go down natural rock stairs) great for privacy away from main house
all bedrooms have individual air conditioners to control your bedroom area temperature plus ceiling fans
there is a queen sleeper sofa in lania area
all other areas of the house have ceiling fans, no air conditioner in main area of house
opening doors and windows brings in great breeze
two living areas one has sitting for 8 and the other is television room with sitting for 6
there is a generator so that if there is a power outage it will automatically come on

panoramic views, you can see all the way to st john usvi and if you look straight across you will see tortola bvi
the breezes are nice and very relaxing as you can usually hear the waves crashing on the rocks just below
our home is just 7 to 10 minute drive from several beaches like magens bay coki beach and smith bay !!!!
we are just minutes from red hook and the ferry area to go to st john !!!
so while you are here at paradise in harmony whether you are sitting on the deck in the morning watching the sunrise and enjoying your coffee !!!
or watching the sunset in the evening with a cool drink in your hand!!!!
