Castillo Tambor (NEW OWNERSHIP as of July 2022) is a Stone Villa nestled within the confines of the Jungle. We are a 5 minute drive to Tango Mar beach. We have many beaches that are a short drive away, part of Villas del Mar and Tango Mar luxury district in Tambor. We are close to (11km) popular tourist towns like Montezuma and Santa Teresa. We are also close to grocery stores (11km), local bars and restaurants. All rooms are private, with a private bathroom, safe, TV and air conditioning. The pool is the ideal place to relax and enjoy a cocktail after a day at the beach.

many updates have been made to the hotel since new ownership began this july 2022 New mattresses in every room, new pillows and bedding. Our restaurant menu has been greatly improved with many new items and Costa Rican dishes. Our back villa has been fully renovated and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
