*this is a no-party property We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is TWELVE people, however, we do allow day visitors of up toSIXpeople. No more than a maximum of EIGHTEENpeople are allowed in the property at any given time.
*only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*this apartment is a strictly no-smoking property If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*this is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*stra rules - by booking this home you automatically agree to all the stra terms and conditions that are applicable to guests You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*check-in/check-out - we cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is prior to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in than 3 pm and we are able to accommodate your request, there may be an additional charge. If you check out later than 10 am, there will be an additional charge of $50.
* pets - we are a pet-friendly property We ask all our guests to contact us for approval of pets before booking and include your request in the reservation form as there is a pet fee of $110 per stay to cover the cost of extra cleaning and disinfection. Please do not allow your pets to do on the furniture.

*parking is at the back of the house The access road is 1 house down, before Casa Pacifica, next to the white house.
* we only provide 1 set of keys for each stay We do not have extra sets.
