It is located on the rock Morro Falqui (Cumbre del Sol - Benitachell) with the two beaches Cala los Tiestos and Cala del Moraig between Denia, Javea on one side and Moraira, Calpe on the other side. The house has 2 bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning, and 2 bathrooms. Once with bath, shower and toilet in the master bedroom and a separate bathroom with toilet and shower. Living room and dining room are suitable for up to 4 people. The small kitchen is well equipped. There is also a washing machine. The covered terrace is large with barbecue and dining table for up to 6 people. On the large terrace with sun loungers a kidney-shaped pool is integrated. An outdoor shower provides refreshment in between.
