this classic sydney mid-century home has been refurbished in period correct style with all brand new modern appliances and luxuries This home is in the heart of Arncliffe village, being less than 100 metres from two grocers, hot food, Lebanese bakeries, pastries with ice cream, a lovely dog-friendly family park with football field, local RSL (a classic Aussie RSL - without pokies or late openings) and many other local amenities. Despite the vibrancy of the local area, Casa Martin has been provided with brand new double-glazing throughout and black-out blinds in living areas to ensure peace and quiet once the front door is closed.
