Casa Luna is a single family, contemporary and artistic home set among the towering trees on the north end of the island in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was designed by award winning architect, Daniel Snyder in 2020. There are floor to ceiling window views. You enter through a large, screened in porch into the dining/living area. This is one of a very few, unique homes on the island and a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Available for 30 days minimum January-April.
casa luna is such a wonderful, unique property On a quiet, residential street and short walk to the beach, the house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The use of space is incredible, high ceilings and open areas with lots of natural light and views of the trees. The screened is porch is great for relaxing after a day of adventure.

casa luna is located on the north end of the island on a quiet and shady street It is only a 7 minute (1/3 mile) walk to North beach area, an 8-minute walk to the lighthouse & a 4-minute walk to Jaycee Park which has walking/bike paths, grill and picnic areas, disc golf and a playground. There are also several restaurants and shops within walking distance.
the front yard area can accommodate 4 cars Do not park under the house please. Please don't pull up too far to damage the wallway or tree roots. We have two bikes which are provided as a courtesy but be aware, on occasion they may need air in the tires, etc. Renting a golf cart is a fun way to get around as well. Because Tybee is so small, getting around is quite easy whichever method you use! Be aware of the island parking rules...they take it very seriously!!
