My vacation home is a full-time dedicated home, I don’t live in it but it was created as a separate property and shares a private road with our backyard and my neighbor who is a renown bronze monument sculptor artist. The whole property is a very serendipitous arrangement. You will feel the warmth the minute you arrive and feel as though you were meant to be there. Being located in the north valley of albuquerque inserts you into former farmland and because we are close to the Rio Grande river you will frequently see hot air balloons flying on most mornings just before or after sunrise so be sure to make a cup of coffee and walk up the stairs located 40 feet from your front door and up to the Sky Deck to watch the balloons and in the evening grab a glass of wine to go back up on the deck to watch our unbeatable sunsets. Take a walk past Our Lady of Guadalupe Church located behind the property to have lunch breakfast or dinner at Flying Star Cafe 12 minutes to the north. That funky looking building in the photos is the chicken coop so feel free to grab fresh eggs..
