This beautiful beachfront 2bd/2ba home offers multiple areas to relax quietly in your own private space or to hang out in comfort with your friends and family in the living area. The both bedrooms have air conditioning and a beautiful private bathroom. The rest of the house has an open air floor plan with ceiling fans in every room and good air circulation. The large, comfortable living room has a full size day bed for relaxing and napping, a large couch and a large dining table so it's easy for friends and family to be together while playing in the pool, hanging out on the deck, reading, eating or whatever your vacation calls for. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, linens, private carport and private pool and is located on a small beach cove. There are a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance along with options for yoga, surf instruction, bike rentals, ocean kayaking, birding, etc. in and around central Troncones. Fishing boats can be hired just around the bend in Majahua, a 3 minute walk. Horses will come pick you up at the house and guide you along the beach and into the coconut farms and local villages. There are two nearby surf breaks in addition to even more breaks a short drive aways. There is another house on the property, Alma de Mar. Roberto and Eli are the caretakers for both homes. They come daily (except Sunday) to tend to the property and clean the house and pool. They are very happy to make arrangements and/or help you find bikes, surfboard rentals, fishing trips etc. OR, you can simply have a real vacation by staying close to home and truly relaxing. Please note that the house is their job. Although they are happy to help, that is extra work for them and they will appreciate a tip for anything "extra" they do. Eli is a great cook , Roberto can catch fish and lobster, arrange transportation to the airport, etc.
