The villa was built in 1992, the house is on 2 floors, with a terrace of 30 m² with fantastic views of the ocean and ancient Salema.
on the lower floor there is the part for domestic use, which is at the entrance to the house (washing machine, everything necessary for cleaning, the guest toilet, the living room joined with the kitchen in the form of the studio and entrance from the terrace
