this is a great location with easy access to all the major attractions in san diego Within about 5-25 minutes you can be hiking, shopping, dining, golfing to downtown Gas Lamp, Hillcrest, to the beach, major sporting events, San Diego Zoo and the Aquarium, and the Conference Center or Airport.
as you enter, you will cross the threshold into the living room with a view of the outdoor living area and pool The massive kitchen/dining area is just to your right. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in the main house. The ADU welcomes you to an additional bedroom, kitchen, bath and living room with a queen sofa bed. there’s a laundry room if you need and free parking (2 or maybe 3 smaller cars on the driveway and free street parking)
the amazing spacious backyard can be used as additional living space We have an ample seating area with a fire pit, room for games and a new gas grill. As a reminder, unfortunately the pool can not heated.

to ensure your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart system and the front door is accessed by a code and smart lock The code and all relevant details for your arrival will be provided through the booking platform on the morning of check-in.
the neighborhood:
you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the popular cowles mountain, especially from the back yard The higher up you go on the hill (at your own risk!) the prettier it is. And if you’re into hiking there are miles of trails. You can even walk about .3 miles to a trailhead. At night you’ll see flashes of light all over the mountainside from hikers who went up to enjoy the sunset.
the neighborhood in general is so friendly and very safe There’s an assortment of families, couples and original owners. All who will probably wave or say hi as you pass them.

unfortunately the pool cannot be heated, but there is now a hot tub to enjoy year round

guest
• for security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on the booking platform, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in)
• you must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property
• check-in is 4pm or later check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• no illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement
pets
• we allow a maximum of two pets and charge a $150 fee per pet, per stay
• unfortunately, we do not allow cats at the property
• no animals are allowed on the beds or any of the furniture
• if you leave the property, your pet either joins you or stays in their crate
• if there are any pet-related damages, you will be required to cover any repair or replacement costs
• please keep any barking or crying that will disturb neighbors to a minimum
• please do your best to clean up after your pet (hair, waste outside…) before check-out
• we recommend bringing their own bed and food/water bowls

• we understand accidents happen In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
smoking
• our property is 100% smoke free; including both private and communal areas, the unit itself and any other public areas within the building and the communal property regardless of whether inside or out You must be totally off of the premises and on public property to smoke. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit.
