pet rules:

- please let us know if your sweet pet needs a crate, doggie toys, bowls, scooper, or anything during your stay so we can prepare it for you
- you must accept the request for a $15 pet cleaning fee for stays 3 nights and less
- additional $15 for an extra dog
- 3+ nights the pet fee = $15/night/dog
- limited to 2 small dogs (below 40 lbs each)
- pet to be up-to-date on vaccinations
- pick up after them
- must be house-trained/potty-trained
- dogs are not allowed on furniture
- no fenced yard for dog/s must be leashed on the property at all times
- your dog/s must be with you at all times leaving your dog/s unattended (meaning not crated or kenneled) will result in vacating the premises
- you assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by your dog/s and agree to pay an additional amount shall this occur
- if excessive dog/s noise (barking) is disturbing to the neighbors, you must quiet the situation
