Positive: Location was great. Plenty of shops downstairs and around the complex

Negative: Some furnitures and items of the apartment unit are in bad conditions such as the ruined sofa with large tears, the thin mattress of the bed without spring and smelly pillows cases.

Summary: Even if the price is the same as with a 3 stars hotel room I was shocked to see the ruined sofa
