6) noise and disturbance
quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is not allowed at any time

7) security and key responsibility
guests must always lock doors and windows when leaving the unit
lost keys will result in a replacement fee
tampering with security devices (cctv, smoke detectors, etc) is a serious violation.

this unit is strictly pet-free While some neighbors may have pets, no pets are allowed in this unit.
9) garbage disposal and cleanliness
there is a designated garbage disposal (refuse room) area outside the building, near the guard house and entrance at tower 1
