Plenty of room for car and boat parking on the property. approximately 300 metre walk to the beach, five-minute drive to the Anchorage General Store approximately 10 drive to Cowes main shopping area, to the penguins and to many surf beaches on the Island. Located in a convenient area on Phillip Island.
the open plan living, dining and kitchen feature lounge chairs, dining table, reverse cycle air conditioner, wood combustion heater, tv/dvd player, fridge, electric cook top and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (pod), kettle, toaster and kitchen utensils, saucepans, cutlery, and crockery plus more Wi-Fi is connected.
the bedrooms feature double beds in two bedrooms and the third bedroom has a single bunk bed bedroom 1 has a reverse cycle air conditioner There is a family bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry with top loader washing machine, clothes dryer with the dishwasher and microwave.
the balcony has an outdoor table and chairs, weber bbq and water views Very relaxing.

please note sheets and bath towels are not provided There are doonas with covers, pillows with pillow protectors, plenty of spare rugs, bath matts, hand towels and tea towels.
