no amplified sound or musical instruments may be used outside or be audible from outside the apartment at any time
quiet hours are enforced between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am
parties, events, disruptive behavior, or loud gatherings are not allowed
if neighbors are disturbed, royal holiday homes reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund
🚭 smoking policy:
no smoking is allowed inside the property, including e-cigarettes, vapes, or tobacco of any kind
🐾 pet policy:
pets are not permitted unless approved in writing prior to arrival

🚗 parking policy:
street parking is not permitted
please do not exceed the maximum allowed number of vehicles
