Summary: Check in was good. Not told from description that there would be an upstairs. It said toiletries included but that didn’t include shampoo/conditioner or bath soap. Deck and parking spot covered with tons of branches. Hair dryer had hair in it and on it. Description said only service animals allowed, but my wife who is allergic to dogs started sneezing as soon as we entered the room. Also saw someone else with a dog on property and didn’t look to be a service dog. Description did not say we needed to strip the beds and put sheets in bags and also put dirty towels in a bag. We only knew from what we read on line.
