The beach is two minutes walk and along with the swimming beach, there is a large lagoon for safe fun with the kids. Fishing off the rocks and nearby golf courses at Matarangi and Whitianga . The renowned Lukes Kitchen and cafe is 5 minutes over the hill for wood fired pizzas, coffee and live music. . this is a special spot easy and relaxing, secluded yet just 30 minutes from either whitianga or coromandel town
