this is a one bedroom, tastefully updated apartment with a full kitchen, a queen size sofa, bed in the living room, a beautifully done kitchen and bathroom, and an amazing view from the balcony so you can gaze at the ocean while drinking your morning, coffee or your afternoon cocktail in a highly desirable building on the best beach in the metro area of puerto rico!
the apartment is 5 minutes from the airport and boasts easy access to virtually all of the amazing tourist spots in pr! on the beach right behind the building you will find: safe swimming water, umbrella and beach chair rentals, jet ski rentals, banana boat rentals, parasailing, great food and drinks right on the beach, and lots of fun people-watching!
the building has a gym with exercise equipment, cardio equipment, and weights It is available for guests to use for $50 per guest per stay for stays up to one month; $50 a month for longer stays.
important note as we go into hurricane season!!! technically this apartment’s cancellation policy is strict However, we understand that if a hurricane is coming to Puerto Rico, people might not want to travel. Therefore, for any bookings from September 1 to November 1, if there is a serious threat of a hurricane and you don’t want to come at that time, we would be happy to move your reservation to another date without any penalty. in other words, you can reschedule your vacation without losing any money with us!!!
