Unit 1 has a large LR and Kitchen with 2 private bedrooms. The living room has 2 sofas and a 65" flat-screen TV. One of the sofas folds out into a full-size Serta bed allowing the unit to sleep 6 comfortably.
unit 2 also has 2 bedrooms that share the space of a small kitchen and dining area All 4 bedrooms in the house have their own exterior door so you can come and go without disturbing the rest of your group if you want, but it is also easy for the entire 4 bedroom space and LR to be shared. You will have the entire property to yourselves.

we want your stay to be as easy and comfortable as possible Everything in the house is brand new. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The bedrooms and the living room all have separate air conditioning units for your continued comfort after a great day at the beach!! For your convenience, each room has a Fire/Roku TV. The house has free WiFi, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and extra storage refrigerators. We also have beach towels, toiletries, coffee makers, pots and pans, plates and glassware. The house is within easy walking distance to the beach and numerous restaurants. We are also very close to Condado, La Placita, Piñones, Old San Juan, and the airport.
our niche has always been to provide a comfortable stay in a great location with the privacy that comes with your own apartment/house at an incredible value If you rent a car, we have 2 free private parking spaces. If you choose to Uber around, our location makes it very easy also. Additionally, we have lock boxes to make it easy for late self-check-ins, if needed. We are near a main road (so is the best beach in San Juan) but we have soundproofed the apartment for a quiet night's rest. We are a welcomed sanctuary in the city across from the beach. To walk to the beach and Isla Verde strip you have to walk over a pedestrian overpass that is not handicap accessible.
our last and maybe most important amenity is that we have a full generator so you will always have full power and air conditioning!
