The villa is in a secular pine forest with about 1200 sq.m. of a private fenced garden and is about 300 meters from the sea. It has two floors and the apartments are all well furnished; on the first floor there is apartment Azalea which is 100 sq.m. + a 50 sq.m. terrace, on the ground floor are situated apartments Buganville and Camelia, both are 50 sq.m. and can be intercommunicating upon request. The house is built on a dune and therefore each apartment has it's own separate garden.

The living room has a double bed sofa and a single bed sofa. The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped including a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, Italian coffeemakers and dishwasher. The bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Twin beds can be exchanged for the double bed. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and hairdryer. In the hall there is a door which connects this apartment with the "Camelia" apartment. The apartment is comfortably furnished and has central heating, a washing machine and a TV with satellite connection. All the furniture is made of Swedish pine and is particularly well cared for.

You also have plenty of choice when it comes to hiking, cycling and mountain bike trails or you can visit nature reserves (L'Oasi di Bolgheri) or archaeological sites in the area. There are even beautiful beaches with really clear water which are ideal for swimming, windsurfing and a variety of other water sports. In Baratti and San Vincenzo you will find diving schools. You can take excursions to famous cities like Florence, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Mssima Marittima, Perugia and Assisi. Elba Island is located 45 km away and is accessible by ferry, so you can bring your car. There are several stables that offer horseback riding. Children will also find plenty of opportunity to enjoy themselves, for example at the water park in Cecina or the adventure park of Il Cavallino Matto in Castagneto Carducci.
