this 7 room beach house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths on 2 levels of living area The home boasts excellent sunlight floor featuring beautiful chef kitchen with new countertops and stainless steel appliances, a dining room and main living area all finely decorated. This floor also provides direct access to a private courtyard with plenty of room for outdoor dining. This level also features 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath.
adding to the space is an entertainment room located on ground level with game room and pool table, its own full bath and direct access to the outside This level has bedroom 3.
