what some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
-our home is a triplex multi-family property which has two basement suites which also have short term guests living in them and there is a possibility that the basement suite guests may have pets These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units.
our house comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 king size beds in each room as well as a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. The Master suite has a large 5 PIECE private bathroom complete with a relaxing jetted soaker tub as well as stand along shower & HUGE vanity. our suite also has a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
complimentary wi-fi, netflix, tea and coffee The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!

you have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the garage located the back (south) side of the home feel free to stream netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen!

– pay a $50 cad non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 cad in coverage for accidental damage during your stay

– choose a refundable $700 cad security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules
