Including all new furnishings and appliances, our home has been professionally decorated offering a lively, pleasant, stylish backdrop for your stay in Tucson. The Main bedroom features a King bed with top-of-the-line mattress and comfortable sitting area and each of the other three bedrooms have comfortable and quality queen mattresses. Each room reflects its own fun and individual style. A queen air bed/mattress provided allows additional comfort for guests. The Main Bedroom has a private dual sink bathroom and tiled shower, and two large closets. The three queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. There is also a powder room located between the two large living spaces and the kitchen. This well-appointed home comfortably accommodates up to four couples, and is kid and family friendly. The 4-person sitting area adjoining the dining room (which sits eight) can be used for a relaxing conversation, enjoying a beverage or just reading a good book. With a large enclosed backyard with fenced pool, views from every direction, a BBQ grill and a propane fire pit, guests can take advantage of Tucson’s year-round outdoor living. There are multiple outdoor seating and dining areas in the backyard making this home suitable for entertaining and events, and enjoyable for family and friends alike.
