modern by design the home is set across two storeys On entry, three spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), and laundry fill out the lower level. Upstairs has a bright open plan taking in stunning water views plus a powder room. Slightly offset to the main lounge is a second living zone or kids hideout. This space features a sofa lounge (sleeps 1 extra) plus 2 arm chairs , games & CD player and can be sectioned off from the main living. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped for culinary delights.
