Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The house was large and had good views. There were some board games and quality books. Beds were quite comfortable.

Negative: Contacting the host company with advance queries was difficult -no direct phone to the office was provided, and one had to go via an offshore call centre, with slow responses. Many improvements are necessary for those who like to cook, e.g. dish drainers, a bigger dishwasher. As the house takes 11 people, a lot of washing-up is generated! We found a dirty bin in the kitchen, which we reported. We found inadequate provision of handwash and no shampoo etc. The road is unmade, which is a bit off-putting. The downstairs area is quite gloomy and cold.

Summary: Good, but could have been much better with a bit of thought.
