This Lake front home is perfect for your next getaway. Located on sought after Big Sand lake this home features 5 bedroom,4 bathrooms, nearly 2.5 acres approximately 3500 square foot. The yard to the lake is steep and can be difficult to navigate for people with mobility issues, you may want to bring a wheel chair and you will need to excersise caution for anyone with mobility issues. This one checks all of the boxes, dock, sandy beach, clear water, grassy yard, this is a dream vacation home. Perfect for your summer lake getaway multiple families with dual-level master bedrooms, two family rooms, great privacy, clear water, and a sandy beach. Perfect sand swimming, fishing, boating, four-wheeling, cross country skiing, and snowmobiling in the winter. Only a few minutes from Zorbaz and about 12 minutes to downtown Park Rapids! Walkout lower level basement, stone fireplace, wood stove, bright featuring lots of windows overlooking the lake and vaulted ceilings. The finishes are nice featuring hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless appliances, main floor laundry, view deck, with so much character and charm. This home sits on a magnificent 2+ acre lot with an amazing mix of tree cover and 200ft of south facing frontage. sand, sand sand, rare find on one of the region's most desirable lakes!
