Summary: The front desk staff is so friendly. I did not utilize housekeeping since I was only there 2 nights. However, there was a really strange (musty) smell in my bathroom the entire time. I could not pinpoint where it might be coming from but it was just strange. I just kept the door shut while I was in the room. Also, there was a strange "beating sound" both nights and I am thinking it was from the a/c as this would not be consistently the same both nights if it was another guest. At any rate, the stay was great and was very convenient to where I needed to be in Chicago. I did not utilize the breakfast at all except for coffee, which was perfect.
