comfortable family friendly home located in the heart of the waterside village within the great waters community in reynolds plantation Newly renovated. Self check-in and keyless entry make it safe and sanitary to enter. We use professional cleaners to sanitize all surfaces.
flexible work is possible here: if you need/want to work from the lake we have excellent internet, an eero system for internet everywhere, a laser printer, and a ring light Stay longer and mix in some work with play.
step inside this home and take in the view - a flat community green space with the lake in front of you Parking is right out front and reserved for you so unloading is a breeze.
we have two kayaks for your use
enjoy the private community pool (open seasonally - just for our specific area), tennis court, and a sandy beach that are within steps of the backyard Because these amenities are used exclusively by Waterside residents, you will rarely encounter more than a few people at the pool or beach. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Great Water's Clubhouse for a snack or dinner. The entire house has been renovated. Great for multiple couples or families.
layout includes two (almost identical) spacious private masters on the main (one king and one queen) The second floor area (which runs the length of the house) is completely enclosed which makes it easy to have multiple activities at the same time. Upstairs you will find an oversize area with two Queen Beds to the left of the entrance. The beds face each other, with a generous amount of space between them. In a separate area, there is Twin Bed and an extra twin Mattress. Across from the twin bed is a reading nook. There is plenty of space upstairs to play or relax.

the screened in porch has high end patio furniture that is amazingly comfortable (over stuffed chairs rock and swivel) Our guests report they have spent hours at a time enjoying the porch.
well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook and entertain We furnished our home with our guests in mind - full sets of dishes, glassware, utensils, serving pieces, vases, etc. This is a differentiator for us. there is a grocery store 10 minutes away (publix) with instacart availability Or, don’t cook at all! There are plenty of amazing and unique restaurants to try - many with a view of the lake or golf course. Our onsite recommendation notebook will highlight our favorites.

if you are a nature lover, be prepared to enjoy the birds and deer We have bird feeders situated behind the house that attract a wide variety of birds. We keep birdseed on hand to maximize the variety of birds that visit. You may spot Harry our local heron who cruises through the back yard from time to time.
it's a short walk to all the amenities (through the green space or sidewalk if you prefer) Pool (100 steps), Sandy beach (150 steps), Tennis Courts (90 steps), Marina (2 minute walk). These amenities are the perfect distance away (no noise, but easy access). We have a rugged fold-able wagon to help you transport toys and supplies to the beach, pool, dock or marina. The marina, clubhouse, golf course are all close by - walking distance.
there are multiple docks (5 docks with 4-5 slips each) available for free for your use that are exclusive to our neighborhood Even on the most popular weekends (like Fourth of July) there are plenty of slips available. Bring your boat or rent one at the Marina or a number of boat rental places in the area. The docks allow overnight use. You can fish from the docks as well.

bedroom three is located on the second floor and is very spacious It consists of a large upstairs enclosed loft area that sleeps 5 with ease. On one side of the loft there are two queen beds. The other side of the loft has a twin bed and an additional twin mattress. The twin area includes a reading nook. Down a short hallway (flanked by a closet) There is a full bath with shower upstairs.

There are four padded bar stools under the kitchen counter for extra seating. The open living area looks out on the green space and lake. There is a gas fireplace in the great room.
