we’re in the heart of pacific beach, one block off garnett (the main street in pb with all the shops and restaurants) only a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk! you can’t get a better location than this!
this unit has its own private balcony! the beautiful private patio is complete with a fireplace and grill for you to enjoy
we have a laundry room available for guests with washer & dryers
absolutely no parties allowed!! please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm! any parties will result in immediate eviction and no refunds No exceptions!!! We are close with our neighbors and have surveillance cameras outside so please don’t attempt it.
