Large flowing decks that face onto river and views of river and Mt Warning and range from all downstaires areas and master bedroom upstairs , total of 4bedrooms /1 downstaires & 3 upstaires/ 2 bathrooms 2 toilets + 1 very large bath also outside shower .
2 water craft,s supplied new 3 mt boat and ocean surf ski , 8 ft 2 near new mal ,all free to used at your own risk but ask for mal to be used at belongil beach only as intown say the pass the mal is bound to get run over
house timber built with beautiful rare australian yellow teak floors lounge area and fine light coloured canadian timber boards for some of the walls
all set within 100 mts of the never closing tree house cafe for a coffee/ wine /beer or dinner until 7-30am- 11 pm & with live entertainment on weekends as well
or belongil bristro for fine dinning / breakfast and excellent pastries and best coffee & service in byron in a more mature atmosphere appox 100 mts away from river house
the belongil beach which is pet friendly is 200 mts away and town centre a 15/ 20 min walk to town centre of byron bay along the beach
under cover bbq on outside deck , day bed double size , deck chairs for 8 ,2 large wooden tables all on the deck ..
max of 8 persons and max 1 pet at any one time but you must let me know about your pet when you 1st enquire
fast internet cable connection & wi fi modem providing internet throughout house & provided a smart tv / lg & netflix free
wheel chair friendly for all of down staires and entrance to house and to river front
fully interlinked wired smoke alarms and in all bedrooms & hallways/ lounge , 2 emerg lights in top & bottom hallways , with 3 fire exst and fire blanket kitch /temp valve on all bathroom hot water taps complete/ security sensor triggered lighting all the way from carpark to house and beyond in the river garden making this a exstemely safety conscious property that is well lit and security safe . Large off street parking area for 2 client cars + Security camera + security sensor lights to ward off unwanted intruders before they may venture into property , high front gates that are closed at night & sensor light guarded . .p/s I’m a local electrician.
noise pollution is a no go and parties , gatherings etc other than those guests booked in is not permitted , max of 8 persons allowed on this property 24 hrs per day
