Positive: It’s all about the view. You would be hard pushed to find a better view for the money in lake como
Negative: The bed was hard and lumpy, pillows were also hard. there was no heating in the rooms and so was cold. The shower curtain was not very practical. It worked but there was hardly any room to move. Plus no basics ie sugar or coffee.
Summary: Beautiful view from the balcony, but could do with a little money being spent on the basics. A new mattress and pillows,
