This charming home offers 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, large yard, central air conditioning, and sleeps up 5 β 6 people with 1 Queen, 1 double (hide-a-bed), and 1 Twin (Rollaway) Bed, and is pet friendly. Located within just a few minutes walk to the Veteranβs Memorial Park which has tennis & basketball courts, pavilion, playground, fishing dock, boat launching area, and is the perfect spot for viewing of the Pony Swim in July. Upon entering the home you will be greeted by a spacious living room, kitchen, and a sunroom in addition to the 1 bedroom and 1 full bath. The large yard offers plenty of space for outdoor play and picnics. We invite you to catch up on some much needed rest &relaxation, and to take time to breathe in the salt air breezes. Owner will allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The owner also reserves the right to park cars on the large lot next to house on Pony Penning ( Wednesday) and again on FRIDAY, the SWIM BACK DAY.
