Often called the cutest house on the beach, "Spitaki" (Greek for small home), was completely redone in 2019 after Hurricane Michael. This wonderful home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and offers views of the Gulf of Mexico that are truly amazing. The front garden, with its white picket fence, is warm and welcoming.. As you drive up, you know you have discovered a special place. 12 windows across the beach side of the house guarantee gulf front views from just about anywhere inside the home. The main area of the house features an open concept where the kitchen overlooks the great room. There are plenty of white painted cabinets and a large custom wood dining table where families can gather. Wood beams across the ceiling create a coastal cottage feel that instantly relaxes you. Simple, comfortable and sophisticated best describes the furnishings in this family home . A second eating area with another custom heart pine dining table can be found on the enclosed front porch overlooking the water. Great for long brunching, lunching and dinners! Also, find a cozy sitting area and game table on this porch. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed with en-suite bath. The guest room has a queen bed with en-suite bath. In the bunk room, two full sized beds are as comfortable for adults as well as kids.
