this lakefront house is now fully furnished with new, contemporary furniture There is a queen bed in one room, and two twin beds in the other room. And, the spacious living room has a sofa bed, comfortable chairs, bistro rocking chairs and a big screen Roku TV with free Netflix. The kitchen is also be fully equipped with cooking ware, utensils, a coffee pot, a toaster, and a dining table with six chairs. The front yard has fresh grass and beautiful shrubs and relaxing lawn chairs so that you may sit back and soak in the panoramic view of the lake. There is also a new brick patio and firepit in the back yard.

to explore 1,070 acres of beautiful trails and woods located two blocks away, walk to the right from the house When you see the Grant Woods parking lot, turn right and head north across Rollins Rd to enjoy the Grant Woods South Trail. Bring your bikes if you can.
