Enjoy Mountain Resort living - Trillium Club guest membership available with rentals. Your family will make great memories while staying in this luxuriously appointed cottage. Uniquely, this home is mostly all one level providing easy access and spread out living and sleeping spaces. There are 4 separate sitting areas to gather - but your favorite will be the rear screened porch. The main living great room has high ceilings and lots of windows for natural light. The gas fireplace provides ambience year round. Each large screen TV has Roku TV for streaming your favorite content. Plus, there is high speed (300 mbps) fiber optic cable. For those summer storms that knock the power out - our house has a generator so you will never be without hot water, heat & air, or more importantly wi-fi (unless Balsam West has an outage too.).
the rear screened porch has a sitting area around a 65" tv, a wood burning fireplace and a dining table for 8 You will find this the perfect spot to enjoy the cool mountain evenings.

the primary bedroom (the yonah suite) is separate from the main living area There is a large closet, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a cast iron soaking tub. Our hot water is from a gas tankless hot water heater so you will not run out! There is also a loft in the primary bedroom that has a TV and is configured as an office. This bedroom has a Serta I-comfort adjustable split king bed. There is a second "primary" bedroom (The Eloheh Suite) with a queen bed, generous closet space and a private full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The two guest bedrooms (Toccoa and Carolina) share a full bathroom with a walk in shower. Both rooms have generous sized closets. The recently renovated kitchen has all stainless appliances to include a gas range, large Refrigerator, plus small appliances like a blender, crockpot and a toaster/air fryer oven. The cookware is high quality, and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a Wolf gas grill on the rear deck. A full size washer and dryer are in the hall way utility room.

the house is so great you may not want to leave, but guest can enjoy an optional guest membership to trillium club There is an additional fee for Guest Membership during your stay: The guest membership fee is $200 for a minimum of 3 days; $350/week and $875 for a month. The Club & facilities are open May 1 - October 31. Apple Orchard Gym & indoor tennis facility can be available to winter guests for $10/day with a minimum of 3 days. Trillum is a private residential lake and golf community designed around the areas' natural beauty. The club offers a challenging mountain golf course, indoor and outdoor tennis, an exercise facility, pickleball courts, a croquet court, and is the only club on Lake Glenville. Club owned boats, kayaks and paddleboards are available for rent to guest members. There are two dining facilities available - one offering Club dining and the second at the Lake Landing. Additionally guest members can join in fun club activities like Bingo, Trivia night & wine tastings. There are weekly tennis & pickleball clinics and round robins. The owners are Trillium level members and this level of membership conveys to guests for preferred tennis & golf tee time reservations.
