a very unique property - with 160 ft of private frontage, 250 ft deep lot, 1 acre in size, with split rail fence and trees on its boundaries
sand beach across the entire lake frontage - no rocks, no weeds, no reeds, no dropoff, and no road
near the waters edge - a bonfire pit, with fire wood, a private dock, and swim raft
gentile slope from the lake and beach up to the house - no road, no cliff, no steps to the house, only rich grass, a few trees

another special feature of this property is the very large wooded area (nature preserve) right across the road - there are several very nice walking paths in these woods for you to enjoy during your stay (anytime during the year) The entrance to one of the key paths is just 150 ft (south) from our driveway on Indian Garden Rd. - you can enter and walk in the woods for miles.
