the empress is available as a year round vacation rental Please note*** Most Weekends are 3 night minimum, with some exceptions and we do not break up Friday/Saturday nights. There is a 7 night minimum in the summer months between mid June and mid September. during those summer weeks our check in/checkout is on friday only ***
